Return and Exchange Policy Return Policy: The product can be exchanged within 5 working days from the date of delivery, but for products obtained with a discount coupon or during a promotion, it can only be exchanged within 3 working days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned to us before being used, and must be in good condition, with their original box and packaging, along with the original receipt. Except for products with manufacturing defects, which can be exchanged even after opening. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), you can exchange your product(s) for any other product(s) of the same value or less, and in this case, any excess amount will be refunded to you; or if the value is higher, you will need to pay the price difference at the time of exchange. The exchange fee is on the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect from the manufacturer, in which case the exchange fee is on us. The amount of the exchange will be determined at the time of requesting the product exchange. We will not accept any product exchange if the original packaging has been opened or if the product(s) fall under the category of products that cannot be returned or exchanged. Return Policy: If you receive a product by mistake, damaged, or with a defect, you can return the products to us. You can return the product without additional return fees, and you will be compensated with the amount paid for the damaged product. If you simply wish to return your product(s) for any reason, the customer must pay the return fees, which will be determined upon approval of the return request. Products must be returned to us unused, in good condition, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice, within 3 working days from the date of delivery. We will not accept the return of any product if the original packaging has been opened or if the product(s) fall under the category of products that cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive an incomplete order, you have the right to claim the value of the missing products within 3 working days. Products purchased via coupons, credit cards, or electronic payments cannot be refunded in cash. Refunds will only be made through the original payment method. Cancellation Policy: We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the purchase. If you change your mind before your order is processed, simply contact our customer service at the customer service number, and your order will be canceled, provided it has not been processed yet. If your order has already been processed, this cancellation will be treated as a return, and you should send your request via email to customer service.
